1. This training is provided by Unitatis Flight Safety Ltd (“Unitatis”) and is of an advisory nature. The purpose of this training is to give the trainee an insight into the environment in the flight deck of a generic commercial airliner – not to teach airline, manufacturer or air traffic control standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) or any other specific procedures. Responsibility for seeking any aviation authority authorisation to incorporate this material into approved training regimes rests with the Customer.  Please refer to your SOPs or any relevant manuals for any specific procedures as different aircraft operators and aircraft types require different procedures for various emergencies. 
2. Unitatis is not responsible for any results or conclusions drawn by the trainee and/or the Unitatis customer in respect of the training. Any decisions based on the training are the sole responsibility of the trainee and/or the Unitatis customer. Unitatis is also not responsible to any third party in respect of this training. 
3. Unitatis has used its best efforts to ensure that all information provided as part of this training is accurate at the time of inclusion. However, the scenarios represented are real world situations as opposed to synthetic recreations of the theoretical ATM environment. As a consequence, there may be inadvertent inaccuracies or use on non-standard radio telephony in all training modules. To ensure continuous improvement, Unitatis reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the training at any time, without notice. 
4. Therefore, for up-to-date information on any relevant regulatory changes (whether due to changes in technology, circumstances or otherwise), please refer to the websites of the relevant regulatory bodies. 
5. This training is confidential and should not be shared with a third party without Unitatis’ prior agreement, unless required by law.
